Rahul Jain is a seasoned investment professional with extensive experience in the finance. Currently, he is helping Transacta Capital build M&A capabilities in the Managed Services Provider (MSP) sector.

Prior to his tenure at Transacta Capital, Rahul worked as an Investment Manager at a boutique investment banking firm, where he led the firm’s fundraising practice. His background is marked by a proven track record by helping clients build their inorganic growth.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Rahul is an avid badminton player. He is from Rajasthan and currently lives in New Jersey and Pune.
